"We went in there to see if Angela could help us find a lower rate, which she did. But because they work with other auto insurance agencies, we wouldve had to get a different carrier for renters insurance and the auto insurance agency doesnt accept certain discounts that we could have. So she was very honest and told us to call our current ins. company and lower some things on our policy and see if that helps to lower the monthly payment. She also said to still call progressive directly and see if we could get the discounts we need at a lower price. She told us this because she didnt want us to change over to her office and be a disservice to us when we qualify for more discounts than theres were offering.
