"Unethical insurance agency. Do not recommend. When it comes to doing the right thing, they would rather get more money. They had complete power to provide such simple information and yet they chose to be out of touch and inhuman. Matt Hopkins should lose his license with how poorly he conducts himself. They have continually been reached out to and still continue to hold their ground. Stay away. *Response to owners reply* You're not interested in helping with a resolve. You gave me the runaround and left me out on a limb right before hanging up on me. You're unethical protecting a immoral driver who's insured through your brokerage. Anyone with morales or ethics, look elsewhere for insurance."
