"Dr. Kumar is a GREAT doctor, very soft spoken person. He has been my children's only doctor since 2009. Was happy with his service. Where the problems and issues have been is his wife. She is rude and doesn't need to be in the office. She has missed placed paperwork concerning my kids medical information more then once. Then tries to cover her butt by asking if I even brought the paperwork in? My pharmacy has even had problems and issues about how she handles stuff and her rudeness. She has really messed things up for Dr. Kumar. His office has a bad track record because of his wife, just look at the other reviews. Piece of advice to Dr. Kumar, remove your wife and you'll be doing just fine. Hate to let a good doctor go but she isn't worth the time or energy."

"Awesome! I have had both my kids go to him all time and for their shots as well! The nurse(s) there are very helpful and gentle in handing my younger one especially from the day one of her birth! Also, receptionists are kind enough to avoid peak times and suggest better time to visit him Now, about the Dr. Arun Kumar himself..gem of a person! Lot of patience and such a soft-spoken! I would recommend anyone to approach him :)"

"I never had a problem with the doctor, thought the office staff leaves a LOT to be desired as far as customer service and accountability, I could never get a phone call through to the office and when my son had a fever of 102 that was rising I had to take him to immediate care to be seen because Dr. Kumar's receptionist(s) don't answer the phone and when they did I was hung up on, when I finally got to talk to someone she was very rude and reprimanded me about not taking him to their office then refused to schedule his follow-up appointment telling me to just go to the immediate care again. I've since switched doctors and have found them far more helpful and they seem like they care more about my child and his well-being."
