"I never write a review but this company is the biggest joke company to come to the Boise area. STAY AWAY from them. They are not here to help. When a person comes in for a loan they are already in need. A hard pull was done on my credit while I'm uploading paperwork. They made there determination to deny me off the uploaded income verification. They pulled my credit already knowing that they are going to deny me. Now my credit took a hit for no reason."

"I needed a loan earlier this year and was able to get help from DLC, everyone I worked with was super nice and straight-forward. The terms of the loan were spelled out very clearly and they made sure I was aware of the high interest rate and payment schedule. I was able to pay off the loan early luckily, saved some money on interest. Definitely would come back if I need a loan in the future!"

"I gave them the phone number to verify my employment because a letter from my employer was not good enough. Nor were my check stubs. They claim they couldn't get a hold of anyone. I explained how big my employer and the HR dept is, so they'd have to wait on hold to get through. But, apparently, they can't waste their time waiting to talk to someone. I was denied the loan because of their laziness. Terrible customer service. I didn't appreciate them running my credit, dinging my score, just to deny me because they're lazy. I wouldn't recommend at all!!"
