"I have been here for years, when I started building credit when I was 19. I loved them... till now. DONT GO HERE. They have no leniency. I'm 26 now, my first missed payment in the 7 years I've been here, and they closed my account. I noticed today it was attached to an old bank account. I immediately called to sort it out and dropped 1,000 just right now to try and resolve this, not including what I'm gonna add later today to pay it off. They didn't contact me at all. I've tried contacting before (on weekends when I have my 1 day off, says account looks good but cant explain why I can't login online. I tried multiple ways.) And I kept getting shoved to the side which I didn't think was a big deal until they tell me they closed my account WHEN I TRIED MULTIPLE TIMES TO PAY IT. it was never about the money to me. I can make my payments easily. They had a glitch with there account online, which lead to my payment not going through, then every time I called they made an excuse for the next supervisor to deal with. They never get back to me. No missed calls. No mail notices. NO EMAILS. (most universal and quickest way. And I reached out. ALOT.) Money isn't the problem. K would love to pay the monthly payments. I'm pretty aware of these situations. This is there fault for lack of helping me try to pay it over the phone when I HAVE THE MONEY. and this is the first and only time it's happened in 8 years. I'll pay it odd. But probably should find a new bank after them. And I will make surebeveruone knows about it. I just wish this bank was here to help you instead of robbing you behind your back. Worst experience I've Ever Had with a bank. Steer clear from here. Xoxo an account who knows what they're doing."

"The wonderful tellers who are obviously understaffed are the only reason this isn't one star. I bought a vehicle and financed through ICCU. Setting up an account was easy enough, and so was making payments. Occasionally, a situation would arise where a teller had to transfer me to a banker. 3/4 of these interactions with bankers had a common theme, that I was the idiot in the conversation. One of these interactions caused me to walk away without concluding my business to avoid the condescending behavior I was experiencing. I was able to go to another branch and conclude my business without being hassled by some insecure child in a suit. The final straw was when my vehicle got totaled. In my loan paperwork was a provision for gap insurance . I called and inquired about it and was told that it is activated when the insurance company deemed the vehicle a complete loss. That day passed about a month ago and not one representative has contacted me about my options to trigger the gap provisions in their loan contract. I closed my account today essentially giving up on ICCU's gap insurance and $1000 that would've helped me purchase a new car just so I wouldn't have to deal with the despicable bloated ego bankers again. They wanted my money but couldn't care less about me being a customer."
