"I loved Doctor orme. She had a warm welcoming feeling when I met her and was polite and listened to my issue, as I got further along in treatment she started not making me a priority. I have several health issues and they are not small things to ignore or put off later. My final time seeing her was her sneaking a contract on me and even though I confided and was honest she still had me ua for it to be in my record. She started treating me like a junkie and made it virtually impossible to be able to get real pain meds for one CHRONIC PAIN. But since it I was in my back I think she labeled me a pill seeker right away. I had issue with my l4 l5 disk which I did physical therapy and completed. All to find out later I have a broken L5 after physical therapy due to indeficiency or stress fracture, which she did not believe I had in the first place even though St. Luke’s who took my imaging confirmed I had a fracture. As soon as I had that result and came in to talk different pain meds instead of Suboxone that is used for people with OPIATE DEPENDENCE (only choice she gave me with no prior opiate abuse issues but mind you popped up on my chart out of no where which I made her take off) i found out I have “mild arthritis” in my back. Who is anyone to say my how my pain feels? It may look mild but it does not feel mild. I was in pain in discomfort since I met this doctor and she used me being on two benzodiazepines as an excuse. I was on one still asking for real pain relief and I can’t take nsaids because my body hates me and them! Lots of medical gas lighting and trying to find different diagnosis that have nothing to do with what I was telling her… so all in all I was left in unbearable pain for a year with dr orme and she treated me like a drug addict and junkie like I was a patient she wants gone so. Now I am GONE. Don’t go to her if you need pain and anxiety help and they are both acute to your feeling but to her they are not. She is a good doctor or was I don’t know what happened. I think she screwed my whole chart up but not sure. But it will be fixed if so. I get you were trying to solve my anxiety problem but there’s no reason for me to be on two full benzo scripts I FEAR tapering off of them because my body is so used to having two. Careful what you say on my chart. I told her someone else was telling me to kill myself and that her and her team supposedly tried to reach me (no record of that) soon as i knew it the cops were at my door for a welfare check just as confused as I was! Be careful when choosing her. She also claims to be busy and over booked never read my messages. There’s tons of other docs out there willing to give you all their attention they possibly can and as fast as possible. Moving on from dr orme unfortunately was the best thing I did even though I reason liked her as a person doctor (at first). Until she made me cry because I was crying out for help for pain relief. Very sad no one deserves this treatment and I’m sorry her colleague I met was just as bad! Don’t go here."

"Dr Orme listens to me and communicates with me, though she is on a tight schedule, she never lets me feel rushed. I went in there last week feeling completely defeated and hopeless and I left there completely in a different mood with hope just from that short visit. I am glad that I started with her when she first came to family medical and I hope that she will be my PCP for a long, long time. Lucky to have her!!"

"I absolutely adore my provider. No complaints there. But waiting 90minutes past a scheduled appointment time to be seen is ridiculous. If a facility expects patients to show up 15min early to an appointment, the facility needs to provide the same courtesy by scheduling appropriately. Patients should seen in a timely manner."

"Dr. Orme was pleasant & really listened to my concerns! I’m really only giving 3 out of 5 due to the fact that there were very few patients that day in the clinic and it took me three and a half hours for a regular doctor appt. I sat and waited in the room for 50 mins before I even saw her. Maybe out of her control/ the office’s control, but still frustrating to be sitting and waiting that long to be seen for a scheduled appt time."
