"Thank you for finding my package and fixing the mistake. You folks are out there doing a job that sometimes is thankless in bad weather conditions."

"Will not even attempt delivery with specific instructions (on every delivery service site associated with our address) and has not been a problem in the past. The last month they have refused to even try- citing a dog that has been deceased for three weeks as the problem. …….. seems to me the problem is laziness…… when going to the office to try to remedy the situation…. All we get is excuses and the refusal again with staff saying “we are too overrun with Amazon to attempt delivery” and “any packages too big or too heavy will not even be attempted” …photos included of the “too big” packages! Is this the service we get from our small town?"
