"I waited weeks for my sleep study appointment, went and got my COVID test the day I was supposed to. I called the lab where I was scheduled to get my COVID test done and explained my landlord informed me the day before about an inspection that wouldn't take long, but I was hoping it would be in time to make it to my appointment. They said no problem because they were open until 8:00 p.m. Then I found out the sleep lab canceled my appointment saying I didn't get the COVID testing done. I was really mad because I did get the COVID testing done the same day I was supposed to. After making arrangements for family meals and pets to be taken care of they kept me canceled, thinking I would be happy and grateful to run and get another COVID test today so I could have a sleep study done tomorrow? I said no. I'm done with it."
"I love doctor Irwin. Honestly, I have never felt better. She listens to me, suggests so many positive interventions and really has helped me more than I can express. She is kind and really knows her stuff. Her treatment for my sleep disorder and my migraines have improved my quality of life more than I can express. I am happier, healthier, and most importantly a better person because of her help. I cant speak highly enough of her."
"It took me calling them a few times to get an appointment scheduled. Once I did it was about a three week wait, so total time from my first call to an appointment was about five weeks. I will say the staff was great, and the doctors were also great. I just wish it didn't take so long to get the ball rolling. After I did my in home sleep study it only took them one week to get the results back to me, which was fantastic."
