"So my regular doctor referred me here i think she got the placed mixed up another stomach doctor. I need to get a stomach scope. When i called to check if the got my refferal she stated that she still havent gotten to today. They did call me back 2 days latter and were able to get me appt that week. It was in a old medical office building and shared space with a skin doctor. The front desk lady wasnt very helpful but not overly rude. Once they took me back into a room it was like i steped back in time. Non of the people had computers the were using scratch paper. I had pre filled out the paperwork and gave it to them when i checked in. And i dont think they even read it as they asked me everything that was on the intake form. The nurse was ok but used out date equipment. Once she was done they sent in the doctors assistant. He did seem to really be knowledgeable. I ask a few questions and he gave me answers that i got from the internet. I asked about the scope procedure and he didnt really explain it. I maybe sent 5min with the guy and he said lets get you schedule for the scope. It seems they rent out a surgery room in another hospital not total uncommen but still weird. I never got to meet the doctor who would be doing the scope. They scheduled me for a scope quickly which was odd. Then she told it was $100 fee if i didnt show. I went outside and decided to look up reviews on them. Well its not good. I call around and found one with good review that was really freindly and could get me in a reasonable time. So i try to call this place back. No one of course answered and i couldnt even leave a message as there mail box was full. I didnt want to get charged $100. so i went to there website and hit the contact button and typed out an email to cancel all appointments so i ahd a record. In summery i just didnt get a good feel about this place or the staffs competence. No way would i have them do anything even something minor like a scope. Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone."

"Am very pleased with doctor woolf and his staff. Tanner Woolf is amazing love talking with him he explains everything so I fully understand what he's talking about. Dr woolf is very thorough and the receptionist Victoria is very pleasant to deal with. Very considerate all of them. Am well pleased ..."

"The receptionist is very Rude, every time I have spoken with her and then she hung up on me. I called back to speak with the doctor and she put me on hold for over 30 mins and would not let me speak with the doctor. I called in to reschedule my scope and the receptionist tells me that it is less than 48 hours and I will be charged $100.00 but I was never given any document stating that there was a fee for this. My appointment was on Thursday but I called in on Tuesday, that is 48 hours. This is not a professional business with a person like this."

"My mother was recently reffered to Dr. Woolf with regards to management of her IBS by her PCP. Both my mother and I found Dr. Woolf to be very easy to talk with and knowledgeable about her condition. The treatment he recommended has been working well so far! Both Dr. Woolf and his assistant Mary were also very kind to us. Would highly recommend!"
