UPS Post Falls

"No answer during business hours."

"I had a package make it to post falls at 5 am the day before Christmas Eve. Now my tracking says I won't get it until the 26th. I guess you can't deliver a package to Coeur D'Alene in a whole day. Do better!"

"Package arrived there on December 22nd. Will not be delivered until after Christmas because they are closed on weekends and holidays. Closed on weekends?!? What are we paying for shipping for?"

"Awful. Repeatedly delivered packages laying in the snow at the end of the driveway/partially in the driveway leading lost and run-over packages. We've had a year of this happening and have repeatedly complained to the company about it."

"I had three packages held, “at my request.” This location is over an hour from my home and I never requested they be held. I was never notified and after 4 separate emails and 2 phone calls over 8 days, I was informed that my packages had been returned to the sender because no one picked them up. The same thing is happening to my boyfriend. I had to reach out to the companies I ordered from and reorder my items. Hopefully they actually get here in time for Christmas. Never had any issues with UPS but it seems like they have a driver that doesn’t want to do their job. I am super annoyed because customer service did not help at all."
