"the service was amazing a kid named mason is very nice and he is really reasptful this is a very kind and clean place"
"Been ordering "to go" sandwiches often but when I called today I was told they don't do to go orders only door dash. I let them know I've been doing to go from them all the time, they then said they where too busy. Very odd to take to go orders and then suddenly not but still do door dash. I could just door dash and they'd have to make the sandwiche anyways but it's way more expensive. Just a very confusing outcome that shouldn't happen unfortunately. Will update if decide to go back."
"Showed up 10.30am no one around. Asked the pilot employees they said they didn't know because it depends on if anyone decides to show up to work. Disappointing because I ordered food the day before and they where friendly and food was good."
"Went here on a lunch break and this is one of the larger Subway's I have been in. There is an entrance that is through the Flying J and also it's own entrance around the side of the building. As mentioned it was a larger eating area and it was well kept. Also the music was good and not too loud or too quiet. Those are the parts that earned 2 stars. My experience started with my coworker and I walking up behind another customer, who ordered sauce on the side, and the sandwich artist proceeded to apply the sauce directly onto the sandwich. The customer stated he wanted that sauce on the side, to which the sandwich artist replied "okay" and proceeded to bundle up the sandwich. Maybe our experience will be better as a new sandwich artist approaches us and we begin our orders. This artist was nice and headed our instructions properly. Unfortunately, when he opened the bread cabinet both my coworker and I noticed that almost all the bread was not fully proofed or prepared, and the artist poked a few of them with a knife before pulling our bread from a shelf a few rows down. While our bread was safe to eat, it was definitely a bit soggy and overall not very firm. We were then handed over to the first sandwich artist to complete our subs. Neither of us wanted sauce on the side, so that wouldn't be an issue. My sub wasn't anything too crazy but the amount of sauce that was applied to my sandwich was hefty, to say the least. My coworker didn't seem to have that issue, however he made the grave mistake of asking for olives on his sub, and the amount of olives that this man received was enough to make an entire sandwich on it's own. After this olive-based war crime, my coworker asked for black pepper to be sprinkled on his sandwich. In what I can only assume to be an attempt to mask the overwhelming amount of olives, the sandwich artist executed their 5-kill streak predetor missle of pepper on my coworkers sub. After the construction of our sandwiches, that same artist went to ring up our orders, and made the understandable mistake of applying both subs to the same order. My coworker and I were planning on paying separately, however. Upon learning that they made a mistake, the artist said "I will be right back" and vacated the immediate area. The other artist approached us and asked where they went, and we honestly didn't know. "That's tough" was this artist's response, and after a couple minutes the other artist returned with a manager in toe. Apparently a manager was needed to edit our order, and said manager was not exactly pleased with being summoned for such trivial tasks. The manager voided the order and quickly returned to his previous station. The sandwich artist apologized for the confusion and the proceeded to immediately enter in my coworkers order in wrong. No parties involved wanted to deal with this transaction anymore, so we moved forward with the incorrect order. I believe the difference was only about $0.40, so it wasn't a big deal, just a tremendous way to end this experience. My sub itself was mostly what I expected, aside from the river of sauces that flowed from the bottom of my soggy bread after each bite I took. It's subway food. It tasted fine. My coworker had to take multiple water breaks in between bites of his olive and pepper sandwich so that he could power through his mid day meal. He later described the experience of consuming the sandwich as "uncomfortably spicy and I think my cholesterol has skyrocketed"."
"Probably the cleanest Subway I've ever been in. The young gal with red hair who made my order was amazingly fast and very friendly. All the sandwiches were perfectly made and not a sloppy mess like other Subways I've been to. Will be returning to this one for sure."
