"Went there after a long week. Ordered right off the board. Was asked a variety of questions about this or that or... I re-stated the size and item off the menu. She informed me that 'Weĺl we don't call it that'. Learn the menu, or turn and look. I don't work there. Why would I call it anything, but what is on the menu?? And then expect a tip? I'm looking for a good pizza dough recipe."

"Papa Murphy's makes great pizza. They are close to home. The floors are clean. I have to confess that the customer service could use some intentional leadership. They hire mostly kids from high school up to early twenties I would guess. These "kids" do what kids are expected to do. They are focused on their phones when the place is slow. I would suggest cleaning up the assembly line and or watching the drive thru window for people to arrive. I think it might even help if the employees were a little more customer aware. Don't be on your phone in plain sight WHILE a customer is waiting at the drive thru and can see you sitting on the counter in the back room on your cell phone while I wait for you to come help me. Or put a driveway patrol chime at the front door and/or the drive thru so you know when someone comes in and needs your attention. Great pizza cooked at home. A bit to expensive for uncooked pizza but I only go once in a while."

"Avoid this location like the plague... -Store is very dirty for being brand new (Notice the food all over the floor and counter in the pictures) -It is more important to answer the phone then assist the person in front of you -Staff is constantly being re-directed = pure chaos -Two registers, but it is unclear which is the new order line or if you have a pickup - New store is hollow and has an echo. Hard to hear people clearly, just a large mass of noise Person at the register told me it would take 5-10 min to make my pizza, I left 20 minutes later after they screwed it up, put it on the back rack and then answered the phone, forgetting they had to finish the one they started. +1 star that the kids are trying, just trained poorly to handle pressure. Hopefully that improves."
