She was laughing at a patient when the patient was having a hard time and also just in general poorly doing her job. She doesn't let patients know about their insurance or copays. My husband tried to see his therapist and he asked about the cost since we had new insurance. She wouldn't tell him. She had scheduled us for appointments we didn't know about."
