"I LOVE Niemas Floral. For years the customer service has been superb. If there is any problem with my order or delivery the owner will personally take time out of her day to make sure I will be satisfied. As well as the staff are so lovely and kind, always happy to greet you will a warm smile. The shop itself is so cute and quaint, they always fill the shop with so many locally made nicknacks. I just can't get enough of this place."

"I ordered a bouquet for a family member's birthday. They were not horrible, they just didn't look like what I ordered (front pink rose looks tired too). I called to share my concern, and their solution was to go take the flowers back, so they could re-sell them and they would refund my money. Win win for them. Lose lose for me. These were a gift!! My only recourse is to have my gift taken back? That is the most unacceptable solution. That would have been a perfect way to ruin her lovely birthday gift. I wasn't even asking for a refund, just some sort of compensation for the error. Very disappointed that there is no way to get what you order and no way to be compensated when it doesn't match, or at least receive an apology."

"Recently I wanted to send flowers to my wife at her job. I ordered online and made sure they knew that she got off work at 3:30pm. I was working out of town, and became a little concerned when I didn't hear from my wife about the flowers. Just after 5:00pm, I got a call from the shop and the lady apologized saying they're computer system had apparently been down all day, and they never got my order. The lady offered to drive to our house on her way home and hand deliver the flowers to my wife. She did just that, and made my wife very happy. I will definitely use them again, but may call in my next order."

"I ordered a $75 bouquet of flowers. It came to $95 with tax and delivery. They delivered to the wrong address and so the recipient never received the flowers. I called the next day and they confirmed they sent to an address on the other side of town. Not sure how that happens but I was offered either my money back or they would make another arrangement and deliver. Of course, I wanted the flowers delivered! They never offered an apology or any percentage off for their mess up. They simply said, “it happens!”. Anyways, I asked the recipient to send me a picture of the arrangement so I could review their artistic side. I honestly have to say that whoever arranged this bouquet should not be working there. It looked like a hodgepodge of whatever was laying around left over. Terrible in my honest opinion. I will not order from this shop anymore."
