Reviews
"When visiting Idaho, naturally, I make a list of go to coffee shops with great reviews. I was a little surprised when I got coffee here because the reviews were amazing but I wasn’t a fan of their espresso flavor profile at all. I got a quad shot over ice with a splash of oatmilk and a dash of honey. The espresso flavor profile is very bland and floral and also somehow fruity but mushed together to taste wrong. The service was severely lacking, no smiles, enthusiasm, didn’t seem happy to be there at all. Overall, okay coffee shop, not the best."
"Evans Bros is my favorite coffee! I enjoy a basic almond milk latte and I crave it! They pride themselves on high standards across the board, drip, espresso and beans. The beans make a great gift. In the summer I’ll do a little 8oz drip and a 16oz iced latte, it’s the chefs kiss! The staff is super helpful if you need assistance in ordering coffee. They are so knowledgeable!"
"Love this place. Love these people. Evans Brothers is truly a community of amazing customers, kind staff and next-level coffee!"
"I love the coffee here, the people are so nice, and the atmosphere is really laid back. They have some wonderful seasonal specialty blends, and lots of good stuff for sale in the shop as well. If you haven't had a chance yet, come check it out! Grab a pastry, a cup of joe, and just chill."
"Edit: all these good reviews are on the coffee and I pretty sure they are talking about drip coffee which I did not try, so maybe I'll come back for just the drip but the below review is based on their espresso which is very different than drip. Nothing bigger than 16 oz, they also don't have blended drinks. $7 for a 16 oz drink isn't too much if the coffee is good, hell ive spent $10 on a great cup of coffee with no regrets but here the shots are way burnt and there's not even enough syrup to taste (I always ask for half sweet but I didn't this time so that should tell you something). The atmosphere was store bought and thats the best way to put it. This might sound harsh so just FYI nothing bad happened while there im just being honest for the people that love coffee."
