"We went with the lb of ribs, and the pork belly burnt ends. I can say with honesty that the ribs were the best I have ever tasted. The pork belly was fantastic. And the sauces they have available compliment the meats quite well. This is our first time eating here, and we were blown away by the quality of the food. The service was great."

"Yay, North Idaho Panhandle. Oh boy, these pitmasters are great. Easily the most enjoyable BBQ experience I've had in years, and the Inland NW has come a loooong way since the early 2000s for good 'cue. For me, moistness in the smoked protein is everything. Pork is a natural, and easy to do, but brisket is not. Their brisket was....butter. Tender, beefy, nice crust, and not over smoked. Lordy lord, I do this at home and cannot duplicate their expertise. I will pay a premium for meat like this. And don't get me started on their smoked Jalapeno Cheddar Sausage. Dream worthy. A lot of care and monitoring goes with creating food like this. Sides were fresh and savory as well, with cornbread that had a slight pudding quality to it, yet was not overly sweet. That closed the circle for me. My highest rating for these guys, for sure. Yeah, buddy..."
"As I'm sitting here watching another mediocre Superb Owl halftime show, I am so happy we decided to forgo trying to do a big spread for Super Bowl and instead got some Smokesmith for the game instead. The baked beans, usually a supporting player at best, have just the right amount of heat and an amazing flavor, the mac and cheese has a wonderfully nuanced flavor. Now to the main act, the brisket: Fall apart tender, the smokey flavor was exactly right. I think this is possibly the best brisket I've ever eaten. Adding BBQ sauce to this brisket I think would be akin to putting ketchup on a prime rib. I think Smokesmith has officially ended my cooking on Super Bowl Sunday, and I am in no way upset about that."
