"Awesome staff, awesome care, best place I've have been to and I've seen my fair share of bad ones. Carrie is s awesome person and a very good therapist that loves and listens and actually cares about your well being. Ive been to many therapist and she is the best by far. Ive never had a problem with this facility they’re all sweet and caring. People are just karens to the staff for no reason."

"Came here for my anxiety for a while a few years ago. Left when I felt I was in a better position. The problem was when I wanted my records, I found out the woman I was seeing, Deborah Murphy, was writing things about me that were twisting my words, and not an actual account of what I was telling her. She had just written negative assumptions of my life rather than the events as they actually happened and were explained to her. This was really jarring as several of the things she wrote simply never happened. I don’t know how a professional who is supposed to help people going through tough times can just write down whatever nonsense they want and make up their own story for a person."

"If I could give zero stars, I would. Everything I said to the nurse practitioner went in one ear and out the other. They are medication happy and prescribe without caution. They don't listen or look at diagnoses, they ignore parents input. They give harsh mind altering drugs to teens, completely unnecessary."

"This is definitely a place to stay clear of. They steal money and then threaten to send you to collections. I went to see someone about some stress I was dealing with and I had to pre-pay before each session, not a problem, They lost a payment for one of the sessions. They have the pre-pay policy posted at the front desk. One of the people that called me about this payment they wanted me to pay AGAIN, told me that they had to FIRE the lady that worked at the front desk when I asked if someone may have pocketed my payment, making it sound like this had happened to others. This is a very dishonest place. They threaten to put you in collections instead of looking into if they could have possibly made a mistake. For me it’s not about the money. It’s about integrity and honesty. But the review ratings probably speak for themselves. Stay clear of this place."

"Don't bother. I didn't even get to see anyone. Rescheduled my first appt with them twice. On this 2nd reschedule, I asked them why I would want to be seen there if all they are going to do is continue rescheduling my appt. The girl on the phone said "I don't know". So they don't care if you come there or not. Go somewhere else they actually care. I can only imagine the services you would get it you do get to speak with a "professional". If I could give a negative star rating, I would."
