"Wonderful place for Retired officers veterans and general public they do care they’re honest they’re dedicated and everything in life; correct that may be receptionist or people taking calls but the doctors are A+ I recommend this place to anyone with PTSD or any other mental crisis. They are awesome they care."

"Do not waste your time or money. This place doesn't offer any actual real therapy. It is a place full of elderly women way past their time to work whom are stuck on policies from 2020 STILL trying to enforce a mask rule that nobody follows so every interaction you have is usually an awkward one. Rather than responding to your questions adequately they are hesitant, sucking through a cloth mask trying to breathe. I do not know how you can have a positive therapy experience when your not getting a face to face interaction. I took my kid here for a two months and we got nothing. Just an opportunity to charge you or insurance. I stopped taking my child there and went to Soma therapy. Within a couple visits there they are already on the path to diagnosing my kid and are working on a treatmant plan, I just knew it should not take thousands of dollars to identify an issue when you are a trained professional. Affiliated services did not even come close to scratching the surface of identifying mental health issues we have been having. Spent over a 1000 dollars and got nowhere. Go ANYWHERE else. Affiliated should be ashamed of themselves for the false image of therapy when we are at a time where so many people need help. Go get REAL help and avoid this place at all costs."

"I called to make an appointment with with my former doctor at this office as I was a patient a few years ago and was told rudely by the front desk or whoever answered the phone for their number that I was "discharged" and should have received a letter. I never received that letter and informed her I was the one who, at the time didn't need to be seen and I made all my payments. She then again repeated "You were discharged." I asked why and was told for "appointment no shows and cancellations" I believe I missed 2 appointments in a year stretch but apparently for a mental health facility, that's too much. Which is ridiculous. I will happily look for a different doctor as this office doesn't seem to want to bring on more patients over a couple missed apppointments from 3 years ago. The front desk person should be replaced, she has always been rude. I can see why this business is not BBB accredited."

"On my second trip seeing my doctor I was prescribed a drug for Bipolar 1. I have never been diagnosed with bipolar, and I got 3 other professional opinions and all of them felt it was not a good decision to take the drug. The doctor was uninterested in what I had to say and didn’t listen to me. She started to nod off to sleep during our first meeting? She changed an antidepressant prescription that was working really well with me without calling me and going strait to my pharmacist? She couldn’t remember anything about me/my life even when she was taking notes of it in front of me. Instead of listening to my concerns she was too busy incorrectly diagnosing me with bipolar disorder. Do not waste your time here."
