"Resolution Therapy’s, Rachel Johnson is an outstanding therapist. She is a patient, kind, and honest CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) therapist. You can count on her telling you what you need to hear not what you want to hear because 90% of the time what we wanna hear is the unhealthy stories we manufacture to justify our actions, reactions, and the decisions we make. I saw some one and three star reviews and it doesn’t make sense to me. It sounds like these people don’t want to do the work. Because therapy is hard and CBT therapy relies on the homework as most other therapies do. It is our responsibility to take what our therapists suggest and put it into action. If you’re willing to do the work, it will work for you. The action of our healing isn’t the responsibility of the therapist, it’s our responsibility as patients. The therapist is just the guide we are the guide takers… After all, she cannot move us physically and force us to do anything. We have to move/ take what is suggested into action."

"We never even got into see a therapist. Ive been talking to these people for a month trying to get my daughter in. First appointment was made with Laura and confirmed. Then the day before the appointment I was called to be told she doesn't see kids. Okay, so now we set an appointment up to see Lisa. I get a call today about how Lisa is brand new and doesn't take insurance. Then she talks about a megan and maybe we can get her in with her, oh but she doesn't accept united health care. I finally just told her to cancel the entire thing because I am going to need a therapist before this is all done and we get to see someone. We will be looking for care at a place thats more organized and actually wants to help my child."

"Terrible experience. Instead of being diagnosed correctly, I was told to get over it. (PTSD). From the looks of the website, it seems as if that therapist is now gone. I still would never recommend them!"

"I had a pretty poor experience here. I was under the (wrong) impression that they did free consults to figure out what direction you wanted your therapy to go in. I stated this when they asked for my insurance, but they didn't seem to think it was necessary to correct my assumption. This is a hiccup on my part, not a huge deal, I still paid them. The reason for the two stars was the therapist. Their computers were down that day. He seemed disinterested throughout my whole session, but of course wanted me to come back. He said since the computers were down he would schedule the appointment tomorrow when they were functioning. I offered to call the next day but he assured me he would take care of it. What happens a week later? I show up and no appointment had been made. Seek services here if you like blatant disrespect for your time."
