"Do not go here if you're actually seeking real help!! Receptionist canceled my appointment WITHOUT MY PERMISSION and when the office manager called me talk about it she acted like the whole reason I was upset was because of something else! My therapist canceled on me many times, once after i was already there first thing in the morning and waiting on her. But I cancel because there's an emergency for my daughter and all of a sudden is a huge deal. Shady practice!"

"I have been seeing a therapist at M&A for about a year and a half. I have always been treated well by all staff, including front desk and insurance/billing. My therapist is wonderful. She is empathetic, compassionate, adaptive, and sharp as a tack. My therapist uses an integrative approach to help me find hidden feelings in a safe environment without judgment. She provides practical solutions to assist with stress reduction/distress tolerance, all while gently coaxing me to better mental health despite my excessive chatiness and often contrary attitude. People often only review businesses when they have negative experiences and I would invite everyone to take those with a grain of salt. There are far less positive reviews because we are conditioned to thrive on negative feedback alone. If you are struggling and want a different approach to just typical talk therapy, I urge you to contact them."

"If I could give them less than 1 star I would! I am currently fostering my grandchildren and a "family" therapy session was setup for the children and their parents. The children and I arrived 10 minutes early and we were told we were not allowed to sit in their lobby, but were to wait outside in the hallway outside their office. No-one working there was wearing mask, even though there was a sign posted on their door stating "mask are mandatory, if you do not have one, we will provide you with one". At 5 minutes after the scheduled appointment, the therapist "Emily" - and why wouldn't they share her last name?, collected the parents and said she would be back for the children. At 10 minutes prior to the hour session be over, I went back to the receptionist and asked if "Emily" intended to see the children. The receptionist did not know. So the children and I spent and entire hour waiting in the hallway, just so Emily could collect the children for 5 minutes and show-off her office. Good grief! I had rescheduled a meeting with my boss, took 2 hours off work so that the children could do "family therapy", just for the therapist to blow them off. I wonder what she will be charging for that "non" session?"
