"First the receptionist gave me the wrong appointment time, never called to confirm (they had written down my number wrong), and then tried to deny me my appointment when I did show up. Next, I told the nurse that I was incredibly anxious bc of past experiences and would like to meet the doctor. I had to argue to meet Dr Woods without taking my clothes off first. Then, I waited 20+ minutes in the office for Dr. Woods. She finally came in, continuously interrupted me as I tried to explain past experiences, why I was anxious, why I was there, etc. I was literally in tears. She said she’s refer me to a psychologist (not something I asked for), and insisted I at least let her do a breast exam. Finally, the office incorrectly filed the claim and billed me $70. I paid $70. They refiled the claim with insurance and it was completely covered, but they will not refund me my $70. I can’t even get them to call me back. Genuinely such a horrible, horrible experience. The doctor, nurse, and the receptionists were all so impatient and rude. Id give 0 stars if I could."

"My favorite thing about Dr. Woods is that she will go above and beyond to investigate any problems you’re having. If she’s not able to find you the answer, she’ll find refer you to someone else to help but her care doesn’t stop there. Until the problem solved SHE DOESNT GIVE UP!! Dr. Woods is amazing and it is truly an honor for her to be my doctor. She had more faith in my having a baby than I did. After multiple losses & years of not getting pregnant I was starting to give up. But Dr. Woods NEVER GAVE UP ON ME. THANKS (:"
