"I see Doctor Laura Whisler. Have been since Dr Cox left the practice halfway through my pregnancy. And I couldn't be happier with her!! She's SO NICE and she takes the time to explain everything to me. And even when she delivered my son, it was a high risk pregnancy due to me having muscular dystrophy but she was promp and on time and came to check on me multiple times afterwards. I have had to wait up to an hour to be seen by her but that's usually due to her being called out for other deliveries when I have appointments scheduled. In my opinion, the east location is way better! The staff is nice and has no problem explaining things to you and always calls me back the same day if I call and leave a message."

"I was pregnant with my first child, and had complications ( I had already miscarried twice). I saw Dr. Michael Brown and he was TERRIBLE!!!!! He was rude, rough with me, and insulting. I overheard him talking to his nurse after he left my room after an exam, and he said very unkind things about me and my husband. I don't know how this man has ANY patients!!??. So I transferred to Dr. Elizabeth Cox in the practice. She wasn't any better!!! She wouldn't take time to answer my questions, and when I called after hours one night made me cry because she was so mean in her return call because she was busy - her beside manner is also TERRIBLE!!! Their office is dirty, run down, and the staff is miserable to work with. I think the staff is unhappy working with doctors like this. In the waiting room, I heard the receptionists complaining about the doctors one day - about how uncaring they could be and how they treated another lady who miscarried and no one would call her back. I ended up leaving the practice at 22 weeks and I was so happy to go to another female doctor that took the time to understand the problems I was having. She , reassured me, and delivered my healthy baby. Dr. Brown is old, and he needs to retire. If he is that unhappy, why is he still around? Also, when I left the office, I had questions on my bill, and their billing person was so hard to work with. I don't understand insurance, and she wouldn't take time to explain things. She just kept telling me to figure it out and call my insurance company myself. I had to take off work just to deal with the bill. In the end, their office had overbilled me for labwork I never had done and they owed me a refund so I was right all along. Their office gets a ZERO!!! STAY AWAY FROM HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR BABY!!!!!"
