"I started going to this office for BHRT pellet insert. I thought everything was fine, until about 6 months in. They only decide on the hormone levels of your insertions and based on lab results. Well, if you don't have lab results each time you have an insertion, how would they know what levels of hormones to use??? They certainly don't base if off of the 'questionnaire' at the beginning of each appt. That was never discussed. The last straw was after my last insertion. They changed up the dosage and a couple weeks after that I could tell a big change. I called the office... no return call back. I called the following week...no return call back. I called (3 weeks later now), no return call. I called the receptionist and she said they've been very short staffed and would have someone reach out to me. No one did. I finally called and left a message and told them in a not-so-polite way that I NEEDED TO TALK TO SOMEONE. Oh, then they call back. Saying they've been so short staffed, etc, etc... I'm sorry, but I was a patient and I was having adverse reactions to the pellet insertion, yet no one could call me back for 4 weeks! If the office is short handed maybe the actual Dr of the clinic could step up and take care of the patients at this clinic! I would absolutely NOT recommend going to this clinic!! Oh, and they now have a sign at the receptionist desk stating they don't tolerate any verbal abuse, etc to their employees. How many other clinics have you ever seen this notice posted???? That right there tells me there are many unhappy patients..."

"I absolutely love this clinic! When I moved to Kansas I was worried I wouldn’t find a clinic I love and felt comfortable at. The nurses are fast and are super caring. Liz is absolutely amazing! She always takes the time to listen and answer all your questions you have. She’s super gentle and outgoing! I recommend this clinic 100 percent!"
