"This used to be my favourite dental clinic in town but the hygienist who did a dental cleaning 2 weeks ago ruined my mouth. I have been in immense pain since the minute i walked out of the office. I went back a few days later but was told everything looks normal when in fact it doesnt. Not only are my teeth hurting from the cleaning but the worst are the little ulcers and blisters around the gum line that have worsened from day to day. My whole mouth burns and the throbbing pain is present nonstop. I pointed that out after the cleaning but Dr Metzen did not take my concerns seriously. I followed every care and cleaning advice and i do not brush hard either. I have asked twice for the hygenists name which the clinic refuses to provide, which is more than shady. If you care about your dental health, do not go there!"

"I love it here! Easily the best dental office I’ve been to. Everyone here is kind, professional, and quick. I had to have a filling filed down to correct my bite, and I was in and out within 15 minutes. The TVs on the ceiling are a nice bonus. :)"

"I love this place! Danny is so sweet at the front desk and knows how to make me feel comfortable. The place is clean and I'm in and out quickly. I like that you have the option to watch T.V. while getting your teeth cleaned. I also like the attentiveness of Dr. Reichenberger. He always answers my questions in the best and most honest way. They also are super great where you get free whitening for life as long as you make your regular appointments (Easy!) I've been with them for about 9 years now and don't want to go anywhere else!"

"I had a great experience from start to finish with the staff at Eagle Ridge Dental for my first cleaning with them. The receptionist was very friendly and made the new patient paperwork process a breeze. The dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth was wonderful and very friendly. She explained everything she was doing and gave me great tips to help with a couple minor complaints I had about my teeth. And last, but definitely not least, Dr. Lisa Metzen was very kind and didn't seem to rush through my exam like I have experienced at a different dental office. I look forward to seeing them in 6 months for my next cleaning!"
