"Reached out to this firm since they had an attorney who could help in land/water issues. Had a very nice conversation with him on the phone back in December of 2021 to discuss the matter at hand. Paid the $300 invoice later that month without hesitation. Several months went by and never heard a word, so I reached out by phone. The assistant I talked with told me he’d get with the lawyer and was glad I called back. Told me to keep calling back. I shouldn’t need to keep reminding anyone to do something for me. It’s now April 2023 and still have not heard a word of whether or not something could be found on what I was looking for.
