There is no one to ask for help, as well, if you need assistance you have to sign up for a class that's only available once a week, mid day, and I believe the class is just a video. It's not a helpful process, and if you don't have an attorney .. this process could very easily make more problems for you."

"I paid $345 and didn't get good service. I never had an appt or was able to go in the office. I met the guy at McDonalds where he gave me all the paperwork however, I never received a receipt or much help on the steps through the process. I was also told my adoption would be submitted by Monday and it's not and won't be because I still have to get everything notorized and now my families schedules conflict to get this done when I had taken the time off from work to get this done by today."
