"Bad! I’m so irritated with my insurance company Allstate”you’re in good hands” no you are not. My husband was t boned and then two weeks later my son was rear ended and now I’m being told that they are not going to pay for my son because he is not on my insurance as much money as I pay every month which is ungodly my car has full coverage my son should be taken care of no matter if he is on my insurance or not I am not happy not one bit and the horrible thing is even if your in an accident and it’s not your fault you have to go through your own isn’t wich I think is a bunch a B.S! So am I happy about my ins no I am not!"

"Policy renewal was $65. Next thing I know $79 is pulled, no notice. Jump on the app and ask why my payment went up and they said I’d have to call the office. Call the office and they said I’d have to get on the app. Autopay does not mean you get to take whatever you want without telling me. I don’t even let my kids do this…"
