"Very knowledgeable attorneys. Quentin, thank you for referring us to Caleb. Keep up the great work. People like us need attorneys like you guys."
"I contacted firm as I began to fight for custody of my son. Quentin Lackey was an amazing attorney, who was very knowledgeable in case law. I highly recommend him for men and woman who could use their services. I have used them for two cases pertaining to custody of my son. Their payment plan helped me to afford an attorney and a drawn out fight. As they build their firm, they continue to improve and hire wonderful help."
"I am not one to leave a bad review unless it is truly warranted. This is one of those times. I hired Greg Lawson back in December for my custody case. We talked over the phone and I was promised 2 things, to have the correct paperwork e filed before my court date and to be represented at my court date which was the end of January. The fee was $1000. I paid half in December when I hired him and the other half the first week of January. In January I started calling and emailing Greg about the status of my case and to see if things were taken care of (paperwork). He assured me it was, and said that he would send me a copy of what he did when he “got back in the office”. This never happened. I then again contacted him a couple weeks later wondering where that proof was as I had not received anything. He again said said it was simple he already has filed it but would email me a copy, and yet again did not deliver on his word. The week before my hearing, I called him to double check everything was ready to go and he said yes. He reassured me everything would be taken care of the day of the hearing. The morning of the hearing, guess who didn’t show up to my hearing? You guessed it, Greg. I couldn’t believe it. Not only did he not show up, he didn’t file not one thing! He also never contacted the court to let them know he was representing me. I felt stupid and ripped off. As a single mother with her own local business, I felt totally screwed over, and the money I paid Greg was worked hard for. Luckily, the judge was nice and I ended up getting what I asked for, representing myself. I had to end up calling the law office after my hearing, only to get a receptionist who acted dumbfounded as to Greg not showing up. He said Greg was out of the office but that he was going to try and get ahold of him. Greg ended up calling me an hour later, driving. He had no worry in world, and all he said was “whoops, must of gotten your case confused for one that was yesterday”. A piss poor pathetic excuse. He then asked me “well how did it go?”. Like seriously? Wow. I was blown away. He ended up filing my paperwork that evening, along with typos, as it was obvious he had scrambled to throw everything together. He then put himself as my attorney on record. I had to wait 2 more weeks for the judge to receive and sign off the paperwork. Once that was completed, it was only right to ask Greg politely for a partial refund, as he did not deliver on most of what he promised. He responded that even though he screwed up, I “got what I wanted” at the end of the day. Again, seriously? Not by your help buddy! I then responded in detail why I was asking for the refund, and of course, never got a response. I’m writing this review because I feel it’s only right that people know how this “ lawyer“ is, and how he will take your money without doing the work. I am going to the Idaho State Bar next, to see what course of action they can take regarding this situation. At the very least, I can make sure he doesn’t take advantage of somebody else again."
"I have been wanting to leave this review for quite some time. I was referred to this office to meet Greg who I’ve never met. Then I ended up with Desirae and my encounter with her was unprofessional. I’m not going to go into details although I paid a portion and have not seen any documentation that was promised to be emailed to me. At least show me that work was done. It was already off putting therefore I called to get my money back. It took a couple try’s to get her to call me back. Overall, I didn’t get my money back. I didn’t get any documents and then I was told I had a balance due? My case is already settled and I had a great experience with my current attorney. I did have an encounter with Quentin who seemed very professional and helpful."
"I highly recommend and have been recommending LTM to everyone i know. The office staff are so nice and understanding. Anytime I had questions or concerns, the staff worked together to help me out (including the partners). They work with you so you can get the assistance you need at a reasonable price. I specifically highly recommend using Greg Lawson at LTM. I used him for my custody case and he was spectacular. His calm and caring demeanor helped me through the stress and craziness of my case. I will hire him again and again for anything I need. Thank you so much Greg for all your help and for keeping me focused."
