"Let's make something very clear, AmFam is not a good faith insurer by any means. This man is a friendly face selling snake oil insurance. His goal is to ensure he paints AmFam to be a savior company and that you pay. He does not handle the claims - the adjusters do. The adjusters for AmFam are corrupt, to say the least. This isn't a localized problem. AmFam accross the map is simply horrendous. If you truly want to know how a carrier will treat you, talk to those who represent and ultimately have the public interests at heart (attorneys, public adjusters, catastrophe restoration specialists, repair shops). At the end of the day and once more, he is a salesman so of course he will boast his company is the best. But those who assist the public and fight for policyholders know better than to trust AmFam. This was meant for Chris along with any representative of AmFam as this company has ruined more lives than they've helped."

Unless uou think getting screwed over or magically being charged for a policy you never agreed to sounds like a good idea! Horrible horrible services. And the worst part is my family has used American Family for something like 20 years and apparently that loyalty is returned with extremely poor treatment. Do Not Waste Your Time!!!! The response you have given is a complete lie. We did not agree on anything.
