"I would not recommend this pool store. During our time there, our pool was never balanced. Using another pool company in town our pool took no time to balance and far less chemicals. Dave’s Pool Store sent us a bill two weeks after our pool had been closed and knowing we had paid it, we let it go. A YEAR later, we received a reminder letting us know we owed a balance and they would send our account to a collections agency if we did not pay. Turns out the bill was for pool opening not closing and if took them SEVEN months to bill us originally and a YEAR following that seven months to send a reminder."

"Great pool service folks. Did not try to sell you equipment you don’t need, they fix what you have if possible. Such polite guys. Jeremy and his son saved me and my pool after my husband ( pool boy) passed away. Guys have taught me how to use equipment, and keep my pool clean. "So we had a pool put in 3.5 years ago and our robot vacuum quite. Bought another one same brand. After a month it quite working. It would get stuck on my drain and not clean the corners very well. They took the troubled one back in and I ponied up and got their best. Very happy with new vacuumed and how it was handled. Good people."
