"My wife and I are in this business often and we have rented a box the last few years. These folks are nice and just trying to run a small franchise business with mostly family employees. I hope my 5-star counters some of the ignorance who are mad at a brown truck delivery driver (not the 'Stores' fault!) or just some of the freeloaders who have posted negative reviews here because they want something for free. It's actually pretty simple...Be nice & explain what you are trying to accomplish and they will help you. This is a BUSINESS - payroll, taxes, insurance, utilities, equipment, merchant processing fees, general overhead, etc. isn't free. Expect to pay a reasonable fee for service!"

"$5 to print a shipping label that I had already purchased. Or triple the cost to ship a small 1lb box. Wasted trip. Canceling the label I bought, and going to any FedEx post. Inflation isn't the problem. What they can get away with while claiming inflation is."

"If I could give zero stars, I definitely would! zero stars do not recommend I’ve had issues with them in the past, but the latest issue really ticked me off even more than the last ones go here at your own risk I went there in tears because my kids Christmas presents were unfortunately delivered to an old address which was them I used to have a box there. I walked in in tears, panicking, asking the guy at the counter if he would be willing to track them to see if they were there, he really didn’t even bother listening to what else I had to say just cut me off and said they can’t track, which is weird because they have tracked for me in the past and said I needed to go to the UPS hub so he wrote down the address and sent me there on a sliver of gas mind you my packages were there and they sent me to a different location when they could’ve just handed them over to me. I barely made it home. mind you they will not give you your packages if you don’t pay for a box there so I was about to lose the Christmas presents that I could afford for Christmas which wasn’t very many for my children. Thankfully UPS hub is absolutely amazing they sent someone to go pick them up and deliver them to the correct address which is my home, the UPS hub really came through and I am forever grateful for them"

"Always a warm & genuine greeting when I come in to check my box. Very warm staff ! They call you by name. It makes an errand more enjoyable for sure. I can't believe these negative comments unless that are just a negative person. Robin, Tom, Logan & Jack are great people. *****5 stars all the way *****"
