"I have had repeated plumbing issues. 6 back-ups in 6 years. Camera shows a dip in the line. Crown molding has completely split in half in living room and kitchen. It needs to be replaced but P.F. Builders would only attempt to repair it with bondo. Cracks are noticeable and unsatisfactory. Our sprinkler system's well pumps have failed. I was told that it was because of a cheaper low quality pump. Also, most homes have significant cracking issues in their concrete. Most if not all have taken place in the first 2 years. UGH. Think twice before choosing them or at least do your due diligence."

"I live in a community of patio homes built by Perfection. The quality is poor. I moved in 4 years ago & my neighbor came to me stating downspouts had to be adapted because water flowing towards his home. Contractor issue. Within the first year I had to have Reddi Rooter out to unclog front bath. Problem with size of plumbing pipes. 2nd back up in 2 years. Contractor issue. My neighbors have had issues with cracks in flooring, trim, ceilings. Contractor issue. Our HOA dues increased 3 x in 4 years. Playing catch up with poor quality by contractor. I wouldn’t have this builder build a dollhouse for my grand daughters. Don’t waste your money."

"DO NOT buy a home from Perfection Builders! I live in Auburn Lakes and do not recommend buying a home here. Once your home is built they will ghost you. I have several issues that need to be resolved and NO ONE will respond to those issues. This is definitely not maintenance free living! The list is long on my complaints that are not being addressed. Stay away from this builder and all of their properties. If I could have given 0 stars, I would have."

"Buyer beware! We purchased a home built by Perfection Builders. We are 6 months post closing with what seems like issues that won’t end. Thank god we have a warranty, but unsure if the home will ever truly feel like a new home. We have had two contractors tell us that Perfection Builders quality has gone downhill, and they are seeing “shoddy workmanship, they are spread to thin”. To add insult to injury they communicate poorly and are unresponsive in ensuring problems are resolved."

"I’m an original owner from 2007. The home build is not of quality that lasts. They also cut corners where home owners cannot and will not find issues until problems occur… they failed to install drain tile around the perimeter of my home… only 10 feet of it along the footers of a home that sits a the downhill side of a neighborhood. This was discovered after several flood events when we decided to have contractors installed a new drain tile system to the sump. Every bit of our hydrostatic pressure and flooding was because of this builder failure to install drain tiles around the perimeter and below the footers. Warning to buyers!!! Tens of thousands of dollars in damages and repairs!!!"
