"This was me and my son’s first time at this office. My son is an energetic 2 year old and I was a little nervous because my little one loves to run around, explore, and is not always a quiet child. The first thing that I noticed is that the office is very bright and open. All of the front desk and optical floor staff were extremely friendly and inviting and made us feel welcomed (even while my little one ran around) When I realized that I had forgotten to bring some important information with me, the front desk staff were very understanding and accommodating. The clinical staff were kind and gentle with my son, and the Doctor was extremely knowledgeable, explained his assessment, answered all of my questions, an and was very skilled with getting my toddler to actually cooperate. The group appointment for the three of us was ideal, as it allowed us to do the testing and examinations together. (One in our party was a senior who requires assistance but doesn't like to be treated that way. She loved every minute of the appointment.) Nicole was our optician, and she offered the most helpful input I've ever experienced when choosing new glasses/frames. "I had a great experience on Saturday for my comprehensive eye exam. I got my eyes checked the second time here and had a great experience as always. The front desk ladies were kind and very transparent about the prices with/without insurance. One of the staff member performed refractive and peripheral vision tests on my eyes before I met with Dr.Laura. They checked my previous prescription glasses and detected the discrepancy in the vision defect numbers from an other local optometrist whom I suspected to have given me a wrong prescription and how my eyes experience constant strain. Dr.Laura explained me the results and performed the eye exam again, along with pressure test. They provided me with my prescription numbers and didn’t force me to take glasses with them. Moreover, they accept patients without insurance and it’s quite affordable too. I appreciate all the staff including Dr.Laura for a quick diagnosis and accurate prescription. I totally recommend it.
