"I’ve lived here for about 2 years now and I really like it. I’m not sure what’s going on with the other reviews but I don’t see many spiders and the employees here are great. Also I have visitors all the time and they have never gotten any ticket on their cars. I know I can always call to get something fixed if I need it. They keep the lawns mowed and the grounds clean. The only thing I would warn about is only live in a 4 bedroom if you have children. They do not like to hear children playing outside unless it’s at the pool. I got a noise complaint because my children were running down the stairs a few times a day to run to the park. This is not an issue if you live in the 4 bedroom."

"I have lived here a lot of years have never had any issues. I refuse to live anywhere else. They take very good care of me. They are all so friendly. Maintenance is amazing. Office staff are very pleasant and super sweet"

"Worst place I have ever lived, it is infested with brown recluse spiders! Including the fact that you will have many medical bills from being bit by them. I moved out suddenly because I had a newborn and didn’t want to risk him being bit. They charged me for things that were “broken” things that I have pictures of that weren’t. I left that apartment looking better than it did when I moved in!!! Don’t live here and do not lease here! I will be settling this through the courts soon, hopefully they can help since it’s been some years since I lived here. Now I owe 2k for one month of rent."

"stephanie( the apartment manager) is awesome!! she is very understanding and professional. we have never had any issues with her or the maintenance crew. everything is kept up and anything that needs fixes is done in a timely manner."

"I have lived in 3 different apartments the past few years. I currently live here and I am very pleased. I've been here 2 years and plan to stay more. There has been a change in maintenance recently and I have to say fantastic move. The current staff really care about us tenants. They are always willing to go above and beyond. The only complaint I have is the about previous employees that are no longer here. Other than that this is by far the best apartment complex in a 5 mile radius. Move here! Let's be neighbors!"
