"Maintenance has left water damage on my ceiling for over a month now and it’s in two different rooms of my apartment. He said he would come back and has even been in here to fix other things since but hasn’t bothered to take the time to fix what he said he’d fix last month. He’s very condescending when we try to ask for things to be fixed and we just got our light fixture fully installed in the kitchen after 4 months of living here further proving my point that they moved us into a unit that just simply wasn’t ready to be lived in. Yet we pay the same amount as everyone else not to mention the day I moved in the bathtub was so full of the last person hair when I ran the shower it stopped up the water and filled my tub with hair and dirt from the last tenant. When I tried to get these things taken care of because I couldn’t believe this is how they’d give us the apartment the leasing agent was disrespectful and said that the tub was up to her standards… don’t know why anyone would want to bathe in someone else’s dirt in hair but good for you Jessica unfortunately for you though I have higher standards than bathing in someone else’s dirty water. It’s been a mess from the jump definitely don’t recommend living here we cannot wait to get out!!"

"The playground really needs work. The basketball goal the last time i was there was broken. But overall it was a nice place to live with nice people. The parties were sub par at best but it was the thought that counted. Good place to live though. It’s a cheap place to live too"

"I rented an apartment here for my summer internship in Wichita and I’m truly impressed with both the rates, quality, and service I have received. The apartment was very clean and in great shape when I moved it! They have a great, clean pool available. The rates are great and they didn’t break the bank for the few months I was here. The service I received from management was top notch and probably the best part about the time I spent here. Anyone looking for a place to live on the north side of Wichita I highly recommend paying this place a visit."

"It's a ok place. Its kinda nice the maintenance is pretty quick on getting things taken care of. Salt water pool (not chlorine) is fairly ok. Although! They leave notices on your door seems like every day. Most of them complain about children. (One of which claims they're not allowed to use the park! Or ride bikes! Or even play outside!) The manager is very nice! The maintenance is very nice!"
