"These are some of the sweetest, most compassionate and caring people I have ever met in a medical facility, from the receptionist, to the therapy technicians, and the therapists. They were genuinely concerned about my health and how my life was affected by my health issues. They were very flexible with my schedule, and went to extra lengths to make sure that I was comfortable during my visit. I rarely give a personal recommendation, but I would not hesitate to give anyone a recommendation for this physical therapy facility."

"Well I first made contact with this PT facility on October 14th , and was told that they would take me in as a new patient so I made an appointment to get a referral and returned with my referral to find no one was even there during business hours . Secretary was out sick , so i called about a dozen a half times and left about five messages over nearly a month , never got a response. Went ahead and called today to find out about my treatment only to hear they would not take me in as a patient even though I had to go pay for an appt to get a referral for them after they said they would . This business is not compassionate to patients who need help . Not willing to work with patients who need immediate treatment . Currently I'm waiting for the secretary to call me back to confirm they will or will not take me as a new patient as she said she would . Surely They wont be calling me back . If they do ill update my review with all context ."

"I would highly recommend Valley Physical Therapy to anyone. I had rotator cuff surgery and spent about 3 months with these people! Brooksie is amazing, very hands on and personable. She keeps up on all the protocols and knows what she is doing. LeAnna and Anna are very knowledgeable, caring, attentive and respectful. They all make an unpleasant experience pleasant and you feel like you are part of a family. Sometimes I even felt I was at a spa!"
