"My Husband went in to the ER with UTI and was severely injured with a incorrectly done Foley Catherization that almost killed him and have left him with a life altering traumatic injury and ED that he did not have before and he is devastated. When I talked to the complaints department Rhonda was less then sympathetic and told me the administration was to busy opening a new wing to talk to us about it. I left my number but No return call take accountabity for your staffs actions.. save your own life go some place else any place is better then being misdiagnosed or injured. I have worked in medical field for 30 plus years I'm saddened at the lack of empathy."

"Condescending Dr. C. Is more interested in listening to himself talk than actually caring for & finding solutions. When called on it, he marked my chart as non urgent. The referral was given, but because of his ego, I have been put at the bottom of the pile. I'm bed Ridden with a seriously debilitating issue with my back. .... go to St. JOE'S.... they'll take care of you!"
