"Noha Algallai is one of the best dentists I've had in a long time, she's very gentle, and checks on her patients through our the whole visit making sure they are ok, if your child has a hard time with dentists I highly suggest you request her at your next appointment. She's made it a lot easier for me to push my anxiety aside while at the dentist, 10/10 thank you"
"A guy named Thomas that works here has been rude to my babies and myself. He has complained about them the last 3 times I came here for one of my other kids. The 1st time, my 1 year old wouldn't keep her shoes on but she had her socks on, he said if she wouldn't keep her shoes on id have to leave. The 2nd time my babies where to load, this time, my 16 month old kept crawling on the kids chair and he couldn't do that."
"The clinical staff is so kind and friendly! They made my daughter feel comfortable and were so good with her. Dr. Nadra and Dr. Heath were extremely nice. Mackenzie and another assistant helped entertain my daughter while I had my visit. Rob was gentle with x-rays. It was a very good dental experience."
"They're very friendly, but you need to understand they're also incredibly busy too. So if you're wanting quick service, you need to call at 730am in the morning, to ask for a same day appt. It rarely takes more than a few tries, I've always gotten in first try, often calling even after 8am. Don't buy into the malcontents here saying the staff is rude or not proficient at dentistry; their always experienced dentists, usually with secondary practices, doing the poor and uninsured a great service. Every assistant I've encountered has been extremely kind and very informative too, and when they saw my complicated/specialized issue today, they immediately referred me to the best oral surgeon in town, along with the strong antibiotics I need for a cracked molar. And take these negative comments like a grain of salt, because they certainly don't reflect the multiple experiences I've had, let alone stand up to some of the money hungry, looking for anything at all to charge a patient/insurance to fix, or those usually very old dentists who feel about as gentle as a construction worker with a pile driver. I've seen/experienced both kinds of worse, and CHAS is none of the above, and should not be negatively rated for what's likely the patient's own poor dental hygiene, being so ignorant they actually complain about fillings being done over their cavities like that's not precisely how a cavity is dealt with, or because some Karen didn't get to leer over the assistant's and dentist's shoulders while little Tommy and Suzy got their teef cleaned up. Whining about such trivial crud isn't a review, nor should you for one second buy into their purely fictional negativities that usually had nothing to do with the actual dentistry completed. Thanks CHAS, and may the Gods grant you the patience to continue dealing with these kinds of thankless people in search of a reason to whine online, only content after they've keyboard warrior disparaged a business for the one thing they didn't do."
"This is by far the worst dentist, do not bring your kids here. I came here a few years ago as a minor and got fillings done just to find out they filled over my cavities. I have had pain from it for two years not knowing why. My new dentist just found out they the filling was placed over the cavities! Not fair and not cool! You guys should treat people better even if they have medicaid insurance! Especially to kids with their whole lives ahead of them!!"
