"I called around looking for a massage therapist who took third party billing. As I was recently in a car accident. The lady at the front desk said they could work with me. When I arrived I process to give her my name, claim number, attorney phone number, and anything else that was asked for. After the massage was over I was told I owed 70 dollars. I was told any upfront cost. I also had a sleep study to be at 15 minutes later. I was obviously upset by not being told how much it would be out of pocket if insurance wasn't going cover it. The lady then tried preventing from leaving to my next appointment. Despite having my attorney's contact info. She even tried physically keep me there. This is unprofessional business"
