"This place has the worst back staff I have ever experienced they are trying to bill my family for things insurance covers. I will not bring my family in anymore. Now that time has past billing has been resolved and the problem employee let go. Could possibly return in the future if needed. The therapist were good."

"On 6/29/23 I was witness to two staff members, later identified as Beth and Jen, being extremely unprofessional and disrespectful to a parent (who was on the phone). Trained professionals shouldn't behave this way in a professional environment. As a business owner, I can't believe such customer service skills are encouraged or condoned by management; especially in an environment with children."

"I heard such great things about this place and was so excited to get an appointment for my son, which took several months. On the day of the first appointment, my son had a fever and I called and let them know. They informed me that it would be a $75 fee because I had to cancel on the same day even though they stated I would not be able to bring my son in because he had a fever so technically they are the ones who canceled the appointment. So they charged me for a service that they refused to provide due to my son being sick. The receptionist was so uncaring and inconsiderate. She kept talking about how their time is money. She told me if my son felt better that day I could bring him in but as soon as I got off the phone with her I had received an email stating that she already canceled the appointment and she sent me a bill. It was literally less than 30 minutes after the phone call that I got a bill! I feel like a place that works with children would be more understanding and in this time of COVID/RSV they would care more about keeping children safe than money. I’m highly disappointed. A place should not encourage us to bring in sick kids so we avoid the fee."

"My son loves getting to see Miss Allie! The activities they do together are fun and engaging. She's always helping my son and I brainstorm ways to help him grow and thrive. We've developed tools together to turn sticky spots in our routine into smooth experiences, one exercise and practice at a time. We've been going for 3/4 of a year and are really pleased with the therapy we've received from Miss Allie and proud of the progress we see! The building is so perfect for kids, with imaginative decor and energetic atmosphere. Our first therapist wasn't a great fit, but Kris helped connect us with Allie and even made getting to Allie a great experience. I recommend Theraplay Spot without reservation! We love them!"

"The staff there was always friendly and helpful for the most part however, scheduling could be difficult and If you canceled an appointment (life happens) you had to do a make up or they would threaten to stop services. Over all the atmosphere was nice and the waiting room was full of toys that kids could play with making it easier to entertain kids not there for appointments and just waiting. I think the service helped but how much... I'm not sure. My foster kid ended back up in a PRTF :("
