"I had an extremely unplesant experience with your scheduler, Melissa today. I am a first time mom, 8 months pregnant and I was interested in having Dr. Reddy be our child's pediatrician. Melissa was extremely curt and difficult to work with. I would have appreciated it, if instead of asking irrelevant questions, she had been upfront with the process and explained it in a professional way. Instead, the information provided was choppy with an extremely rude and difficult tone. Basically, the message I received was Dr. Reddy gets to choose us and not the other way round. Before your scheduler begins asking any questions like your name, how did you hear of us, we need a dr. card on file, are you ok with that, etc, you may want to explain your process for new patients in a professional way. I am completely fine with all of your unfriendly new patient policies but I would request you to deliver them in a professional way and not in a manner that comes across as rude, mean and difficult. - Dr. Reddy is only accepting new patients on a case by case basis. This information was provided at the very end. Seemed like Melissa, the scheduler decided on when and to whom this information was offered based on her whims and fancies . - Which office works best for you? I replied West. Then you can only see Dr. Lopez. So far, I've mentioned over and over again that I am interested in having Dr. Reddy be the pediatrician. Why are you trying to push some other doctor when I am even willing to travel to either location? - I understand you are very strict about your immunization policy but seriously there is no reason to deliver that in such an unpleasant way. - No pre-natal visits. Seriously? Maybe atleast say "sorry, we are unable to schedule any pre-natal visits but we have a Pre-Natal FAqs listed on the website." I had to find this FAQ on my own. - You will be accepted as a new patient only if you can leave a dr. card on record. Again, seriously, I have no issues with any of your unfriendly new patient policies. Thats your choice and they will make or break you. But how you deliver the information to someone who has no clue about the process is very critical. Please put yourself in the shoes of a first time mom who has never ever been through this process before. And make sure your scheduler can deliver the information in a professional and polite manner with patience. I will make sure to leave this review on other forums as well and I have informed my friend (also a nurse midwife) who has been recommending you to people."

"Best pediatrician in town! Her office is always very professional and she has a knack for communicating with both parents and patients. My kids love her as much as I do."

"The offices at Red Bud pediatrics are great and very child friendly. All of the staff is helpful and couteous. But above all Dr. Reddy is amazing! She does not rush and takes time to make sure everything is right with your little one. She advises on vacines, development, sleep, etc. If it has to do with a little one Dr. Reddy knows it all. She is very calming and soothing. I am a healthcare worker and all of my friends who are take their little ones to Dr. Reddy."

"The first impression of the office is great for kids - colorful and lots to look at, in a current aesthetic. Very cool graphics everywhere, and puns all over the walls for kids to ponder. Dr. Reddy addresses my 11 year old son as a person - not a little kid. And, as a mom, I offer the same review: the team is bright and full of things to offer. There is an on-staff consultant to help with pulmonary issues, nurses and a PA who will explain and re-explain things, and a pediatrician who (get this) currently has kids! Dr. Reddy is interested in what our kids have to say. When we need help with unexpected illnesses, she is there for us, too."
