"I hate rating them a 1 star cause for the last 10 years we have had no issues at all. Nancy was wonderful, we had all the services they offer kids with severe mental illness. Very recently we switched from a NP to a MD and he seems nice, however there was a miscalculation made on my part and they refuse to refill an amphetamine script for my child, even tho I did what was required of me (having an appt for a visit this month and having not missed an appt or needed an early refill in 4 years).. You can't do that, that will cause withdrawal symptoms. My child is suffering and the nurse who does the calls didn't even seem to care and that's why I am one starring this. They know my childs regular doc won't prescribe them, she knows who they are and I even told her this but she didn't listen. I mean what kind of doctor allows a person who has been on the same med for over 10 years to just withdraw? Who does that? Comcare, that's who! Seeing this hasn't happened for years and we have extenuating circumstances they should have filled 14 so he didn't suffer. I am angry, this is my child, I am usually a very calm person but not when you mess with my kids livelihood. I am telling off that doc."

"Horrible. Shell game. There is no actual services to parents, or children. Lots of paperwork to document billing but no substantive services they say they offer. They process the child for billable hours. Have not seen any parental support or positive direct measurable gains services to the child. Very disappointing. Waste of tax payer money. Unfortunate waste of funds that could be used to really help children and families who are without any other options."

"Horrible, horrible, horrible! Anytime I e had to do anything for my daughter with this place whether it's just an information change with the front desk or questions to the nurse it's been nothing but a hassle from these people. My daughter has never liked the therapists and in fact we moved her therapist to another company but kept her med services in which the lady is always late to the appointment. Then today I called to get things in order for our zoom appointment for a med appointment and the lady on the phone was all huffy puffy the whole time like it was just a big inconvenience for her to do her job! Get a new job lady!!! Everyone here is ridiculous."

"This is a horrible place to take your child. They will sit and lie to your face. They play games. They will also help one parent systematically violate court orders with no regard for past history in a case. DO NOT bring your children here.These people do nothing but play games with you and the relationship you have with your child. They become a gun for hire for one parent or the other. BEWARE"
