"Outstanding!"
"Went to wrong day after seeing the FAQ and it said Shop/Swap on Friday. After getting help from 2 different employees and spending over an hour picking out the right gear ,we get stopped and aggressively asked "Who are you?" We have no idea what she is talking about and just say our name. I guess there's shopping for volunteers after hours on Friday. Everything looked totally normal with people with kids and shopping carts and in check out lines with carts out so we had no idea. Again, we were really confused, just tried to explain what happened, she grabbed the cart and we had to stop her so I could grab my personal belongings. Absolutely no reason to be so mean over an honest mistake."
"Went to the swap on Saturday. Plenty of things new and used to choose from. Some good bargains as well. Crazy long lines for checkout. The reason I gave two stars is because when leaving the man at the exit door said “couldn’t you find anything?” I replied “no, not a thing” and as I was standing there he proceeded to pat down my coat pockets. Now I understand that he works or volunteers for Mt. Spokane ski patrol but that doesn’t give him the right to pat people down or put his hands on them. He’s not a police officer!! I should have said something right then but I decided to keep my cool and not make a scene. If I ever attend this event in the future this will NOT happen again."
"Great place to find Ski and Snowboard equipment."
"OK the stuff there is very very good service there is also extremely well. But I don't plan on ever go in there again because there is an employee named Skyler blue who likes to take public pictures of teenage boys who look like Harry Potter I was wearing my glasses to this place looking for new skis when he took a picture of me because I look like Harry Potter"
