"I will never go back to Dick’s anywhere because my first and only experience at this one (Spokane Valley) was so bad. I walked into the store and went all the way to the back without anyone ever acknowledging me. I was looking for Hoka shoes. I had to flag down a worker who was having a great time with 4 salespeople just chatting. A salesman finally came over and brought me a pair I wanted. He NEVER came back to see if they fit or if I wanted to try something else. They did not fit so I put them back in the box and took them back to him. He did not look at me. His other salespeople friends kept up their fun. Then I went to another section where two salespeople were playing catch, ignoring me. Do you think it’s because I’m 70? Maybe but it will be REI and Sportsman’s Warehouse from now on. The service at both of those stores has always been amazing."
