"My mother just recently passed away and had dealt with multiple branches of the bank. All the ladies I spoke with regarding her accounts and trying to locate safety deposit boxes she had keys for were so compassionate and kind. However, when I called the Leoti branch, the man I spoke with, even after I informed him of her passing,, that I was the executor of her estate and i knew i needed the death cert. , I was just inquiring about the safety deposit box so I didn't need to drive 3 hours, had no compassion, put me on hold for 10 minutes to look up her information then rudely informed me that I was not a signer on her account and he would not discuss it with me. No duh! If I drive and find there was no reason to go that far...how rude and inconsiderate!!!"
