"Niki and her team are top notch. I can't say enough about this company. Niki chose to send my Husband and I on a dream honeymoon that we otherwise would have never been able to afford as young newlyweds. She met with me while my husband was still deployed and gave me options of where we'd like to go, giving thoughtful detail to each location based on what kind of trip we wanted to have. Days before our Honeymoon, a hurricane struck and derailed our trip to the Bahamas. I still remember the phone call as her #1 priority was our SAFETY and she calmly told me the trip to the Bahamas was no longer a good option but that we *still* had options. She took the time to protect us and keep us from going on a trip that would have put us in harms way and would not have been the pristine Bahamas we were hoping for. She and her team worked around the clock to help us choose a new location, assist my husband in re-booking flights, and guided us with useful information for our arrival. When we were having a hard time with the days all matching up between flights and military schedule, Niki personally donated the extra nights for us to have a long honeymoon. Who does that for total strangers?! She even checked in on us when we arrived. I'm sure she was behind our chilled champagne, flower petals, and room welcoming ambiance as well. Niki is selfless, kind, extremely knowledgeable, and truly has her client's best interest at heart.
