"We love Dr. Skinner. This visit was a bit rough with the MA's in her office as they were asked to draw labs cause they didn't have regular lab techs in the building that day. They weren't confident in their task and had an attitude about it. I wish they would've communicated better about it we as patients didn't know. After 1 unsuccessful poke and several minute of looking and contemplating then next poke they rudely told us to just go to the hospital for the labs. We went there and they told us they didn't do labs and sent us across the street but there was no parking so we left and decided to have them drawn at St. Al's in Nampa."
