"They did everything they could to help. Management, as well as my neighbors are informative, welcoming, and caring. Thank you. Karma is smiling at you."
"I have lived at Sparks Towers for the past 2 years and one good positive thing I can say is that Sheila has been very kind and understanding to all all my unsettling situations!! The only problem that I have is that one of the staff members enjoys the gossiping scene and will talk about tenants to other tenants!! This is a breech of contract and I deserve my privacy just like every other tenant here!! The staff member knows nothing of me but I was definitely the topic of the conversation!! This will be addressed to higher authority!!"
"They have a rec room for employees use only, certain people can do things have people stay past there 10 days others can't there rude judgemental and cater to the elderly no one else!! Central air don't work in most of units however the office and lobby are ice cold dont recommend this place for family's with children no play ground or place period for them to play because they will yell at you to stay off there grass! Ran very poorly!!"
"WARNING TO ANYONE PLANNING ON APPLYING: They tried convincing me that if I moved out before my year lease was over, I would have to pay for every month the apartment was empty and wouldn’t get my deposit back. It says in their lease that a tenant can move out before the year is over as long as they give a written 30 day notice, which I did. I have family in the housing authority business who have been there for many years, and all of them said that while housing authorities have to renew the lease every year, it is not required that the tenant stay there for the full year. If you would like to live in a housing authority near Goodland, I strongly recommend applying at Colby and driving the 30 minutes to Goodland. Of the multiple housing authorities I have lived in, Goodland was by far the worst experience. Also, I still haven’t received my security deposit for whatever reason. I moved out at the beginning of June. I tried calling them multiple times, including 4 times today, to discuss why this may be, but they still haven’t answered. Since you refuse to answer your phone, I want you to know that I expect to be getting twice what my security deposit was in the mail soon because according to the general housing authority rules, if the tenant does not receive their security deposit within 30 days of moving out, the housing authority is required to pay them back double that amount. It may be that the check was simply lost in the mail somewhere, which is what I was calling to talk about, but, like I said before, nobody answers the phone."
"They never show up on time so you need to show up 30 mins late just like they do"
