"Ohhhh boy let me tell you.. traveled here from fort Leonard wood MO, where I was doing military training because it's half way between FLW and home in salt lake City. I initially booked it because it had a pool for my kids. Once we got there we went right to the pool. We swam for 10 min and got really itchy so we got out covered in a rash. I rushed my kids to our shower to wash off the pool water and looked up to see the ceiling was covered in black mold. Too tired to move to another hotel we went to bed. When we woke up the next morning and my daughter asked me if my son was cut somewhere and I asked why, she pointed out there was blood on the sheets. My kids didn't have cuts on them . I took the rest off the blankets off the bed to see what I was dealing with and found a master key card made in the bed that belonged to the head housekeeper. Had that fallen into the wrong hands that could have been really bad. I know you get what you pay for but .. this was bad!! 0-10 do not recommend. I hate leaving bad reviews but needed others to know this is not a good place to stay!"

"Great place to stay. On our way to fort collins right after christmas and a blizzard hit. No rooms anywhere in town. We had stopped here to see if there was any rooms available and was told no. So we were sitting in the lobby trying to figure out what to do. We couldn't drive and no place had rooms. I went to the desk and asked if anything was available because of cancelations, PLEASE let us know. Within a few minutes after they had checked again, there had been one cancelation. A few people walked in after we found out and they gave the room to us. Thank you for checking and getting that room to us. Will stay here again if we come thru! Thank you thank you! Everything was great, service, room and food"

After putting our name on a waiting list and heading to the Walmart parking lot to settle in for a night in our vehicle, we got a call from QI&S front desk with a 2 Queen room. It was quiet, clean & warm! Thank you for going the extra mile for a weary family."

"I was traveling solo when bad weather closed the highways. They were able to get me in a room so that I did not have to go to the emergency shelter. I am so grateful! My room was comfortable and I felt very safe. Decided to stay another night to let the roads clear up some more. Impeccable service, definitely recommend."

"We were traveling from Illinois to Colorado with our 14y/o son and 1 y/o granddaughter and her mom when the highway to our destination was closed leaving us with no where to go. My husband went in and spoke with Nikkon who was amazing, he gave us 2 adjoining rooms reasonably priced and brought breakfast back out so that we could eat and get rest!! They were very nice and welcoming!!"
