"They are work really hard to make Boise beautiful city thank you so much ."
"Please replace all of them asap! Especially the utility billing department! They have horrible customer service and they over charge me and also seem to lose my payment alot! We need some who care about the citizen of boise! Also getting carried away with there police parking spots!More park scam!"
"Absolutely livid with Boise and its parking services. I'm at my vehicle the exact moment my meter runs out, ready to put more money in for a few extra minutes. The parking attendant is already printing out the ticket as I'm walking up. The timer had been up for all of 10 seconds when he slides it under the wiper blade. Then hes off on his bike as if I'm not even there. I get it, they have a quota. And if the quota isn't reached then employees get in trouble, (if the quota isn't kept up, then the higher ups think the enforcement attendants aren't doing their job). Still, is it policy to be miserly? Is this kind of behavior what this city wants to reflect? I find out at Boise City Hall, from the desk person, that an appeal on a ticket is basically impossible, virtually none ever get appealed. I also learn that there is no one, not a single person who can waive a ticket. There is absolutely no way to get out of a ticket apparently. This means Boise parking attendants can write as many gregarious tickets as they want and theres nothing that can be done about it. I paid my twenty dollars and left, fuming. There is nothing anyone can do about it."
